On 14 October 2020 at Doha, first meeting of the 2020-2021 season, Badda by Seraphin du Paon out of Raqiyah (Amer) won a 1700 metres Purebred Arabian Handicap race and Maruf by Tabarak out of Noorah (Djelfor) was the runner-up. Both were born and bred at the Grand Courgeon Stud for H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani who also owns them and both are trained by Alban de Mieulle. Congratulations to Umm Qarn's team and to jockeys Ronan Thomas and Soufiane Saadi.
