ABBES WON HIS FIRST GROUP 1PA IN FRANCE

Already numerous Group 1PA winner in UK and in Qatar, Abbes by TM Fred Texas out of Raqiyah (Amer), got his first Group at this level in France on 8 August at Deauville where he lifted the Doha Cup (Prix Manganate).
Born and bred at the Grand Courgeon Stud for the SCEA of the Haras de Victot and owned by Wathnan Racing, the six-year-old is trained by Alban de Mieulle and was ridden by Mickaël Barzalona.
