FIRST START AND FIRST WIN FOR MARID

For his first start, the three-year-old colt Marid by TM Fred Texas out of Al Dahma (Amer) won the Prix Djelfor, run on a mile, on the 8th of May at La Teste. Born and bred at the Haras du Grand Courgeon, Marid is owned by Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani and is trained by Antoine de Watrigant. Jockey Olivier Peslier led him to his first victory.
