FIRST VICTORY FOR AL AFREET

On 4^th of may, the 4-year-old colt Al Afreet, by Amer out of Aziza d’Aroco (Dormane), won the Premio Cox Energy. This 1900 m event was held at Seville racecource, in Spain. Al Afreet, who was born and bred at Haras du Grand Courgeon, is owned by Al Shaqab Racing and is trained by Thomas Fourcy. Qatari jockey Faleh Bughenaim led him to his first win.
