On 14 December at Doha, Kufoo FR by Dormane out of Al Anqa (Amer) won the Purebred Arabian Novice Cup, a 1700 m race for maiden or horses who won only once.
Kufoo is born at Haras du Grand Courgeon and is owned by Umm Qarn. He is trained by Alban de Mieulle and jockey Jean-Baptiste Hamel led him to his first victory of the 2017/2018 season.
