On 27 March 2019, the four-year-old Garraffah by Tabarak out of Seffa du Breuil won a Purebred Arabian Maiden Plate run over 1900m at Doha. He becomes the first successfull progeny of the stallion Tabarak.
Born and bred at the Haras du Grand Gourgeon for Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani who is also his owner, Garraffah is trained by Alban de Mieulle and jockey Ronan Thomas guided him to his first success.
His sire, Tabarak by Nizam out of Altesse d'Aroco is the winner of four Group 1PA races and was the "Purebred Arabian racehorse of the year" in 2013. Tabarak is standing at the Haras du Grand Courgeon.
