On 4 January at Al Uqda racecourse, Kafalat by Kalino out of Al Anqa (Amer) got his first victory when he lifted a 1300m Purebred Arabian maiden plate for four-year-olds. Born and bred at the Grand Courgeon Stud for the SCEA of the Haras de Victot the Alban de Mieulle trained carries the silks of Wathnan Racing. Jockey Soufiane Saadi guided him to his first success.
