On 18 July at La Teste de Buch racecourse, Qamriyah by General out of Vivamaria (Njewman) got her first success when she won the 1900m Prix Mandore, for 4yo mares and upwards. Born and raised at the Grand Courgeon Stud for the Royal Cavalry of Oman who also owns her, the four-year-old filly is trained by Chales Gourdain and jockey Maxime Foulon was in the saddle.
