On 8 May 2019, at La Teste de Buch racecourse, the thoroughbred colt Happy Bere by Pedro the Great out of Miss Fine (Kaldoun) won on debut the 1200 meters Prix Jean-François Bernard, an event reserved to two-year-old colts.
Bred by the SAS Regnier and San Gabriel Inv. Inc, Happy Bere is owned by the Haras du Grand Courgeon and he is trained by Antoine de Watrigant. Jockey Olivier Peslier brilliantly guided him to his first victory.
