WINNING DEBUT AT DOHA FOR A GRAND COURGEON BRED FILLY

For her first start at Doha, the four-year-old filly Amel by Al Mamun Monlau out of Al Hanoof (Manganate) lifted the Purebred Arabian Oaks Trial for 4-y-o fillies run over 1750m. Bred at the Grand Courgeon Stud for the SCEA of Haras de Victot and owned by Umm Qarn, Amel is trained by Alban de Mieulle and jockey Ronan Thomas guided her to her first Qatari success.
Her sire Al Mamun Monlau is standing at the Grand Courgeon Stud.
