On 12 March, Santo Domingo by Joshua Tree out of Aroma Bella (King's Best) won the 3700m Steeple-chase Prix Cousin Pons at Auteuil. Bred by the Haras du Grand Courgeon, the five-year-old gelding is owned in partnership by Jean-Marie Callier, Ecurie Patrick Joubert, SNIG Elevage, Véronique Devaux and S. Dehez who also trains him. Jockey Gabin Meunier was in the saddle.
The sire of Santo Domingo, Joshua Tree is standing at the Grand Courgeon Stud.
