On 11 December, at Doha, Umm Bab by Al Mamun Monlau out of Rahab (Amer) lifted a 1600m Purebred Arabian Maiden plate. The four-year-old colt, bred at the Grand Courgeon Stud for SCEA du Haras de Victot, is owned by Umm Qarn and trained by Alban de Mieulle. Jockey Ronan Thomas guided him to the success.
